1. Services

 

Digital Seed Co. provides web-based services including website design, branding, Google profile setup, and related digital solutions. All services are subject to availability and individual project agreement.

 

 

2. Consultations & Quotes

 

Free consultations are provided to assess your needs and suggest appropriate services. Any quotes given are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified. Services begin only after mutual agreement and confirmation.

 

 

3. Payments

 

All payments are due based on the agreement discussed during the consultation. Payment methods accepted may include PayPal, Venmo, or other approved methods. Work will not begin until payment terms are met unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

You may reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting your scheduled time slot. Refunds for completed services are not offered unless agreed in writing.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All content, designs, and materials provided to you are owned by Digital Seed Co. unless otherwise noted. Final deliverables may be used by you for your business, but may not be resold or repurposed without permission.

 

 

6. Website Content & Accuracy

 

We strive to provide accurate, current content on this site. However, Digital Seed Co. makes no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information provided.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability
